My Katholikentag is our special offer for you, to design your Katholikentag individually and manage your registrations yourself. Therefore, use the advantages of "My Katholikentag".
Why do I have to create an account?
If you want to participate in the Katholikentag, you need a ticket, which you can order easily online. Therefore, we ask you to create a "My Katholikentag" account, so that invoicing is possible.
In addition, "My Katholikentag" offers you the advantage of managing your participation. You can buy more tickets or design your own program and synchronize your account with the app.
What can I do with my "My Katholikentag" account?
After registration with "My Katholikentag", you create a user account to manage your participation. Whether as a contributor or as a participant: you have the possibility to view, edit and send your application, buy tickets and compile your own program.
What is my user name?
If you created your account in the last few years, the e-mail address you entered is also your username (e.g. klaus.mustermann@katholikentag.de). If you have an older account, the username may be different.
Have you forgotten your username? Please send an e-mail to service(at)katholikentag.de or call +49 361 558 981 10 and we will send you your username. At your request, we can also match the username to your e-mail address.
What should I do if I have forgotten my password?
Simply use the "Forgotten password" function below the "Log in" button in the menu item "My Katholikentag". You will receive an E-Mail, including a link. Click it or copy it into your internet browser as an address to set a new password.
For security reasons, the link in the e-mail is only valid for 24 hours. Later you must select "Forgotten password" again to receive a new, valid link.
Please note that we cannot view or change passwords via phone. You can also send an email to service(at)katholikentag.de and we will send the link.
I can't register because my username is already taken.
If a user account has already been created with your e-mail address, you cannot register again. If necessary, please use the "Forgot password" function to set a new password.
I didn't receive an e-mail with a confirmation link.
Sending the confirmation e-mail can sometimes take a few minutes. If you still have not received an e-mail after ten minutes, please also check your spam folder or add the addresses service(at)katholikentag.de, info(at)katholikentag.de and rechnungen(at)katholikentag.de to your contacts so that they are not accidentally sorted as spam.
If you have mistyped your e-mail address in the form, no e-mail can be delivered either. To rule this out, please try registering again. If this is possible, you mistyped your e-mail address the first time and will receive a new confirmation e-mail. Otherwise, you will receive the error message that the user name (= e-mail address) is already taken.
If none of these solutions help, please call us at +49 711 20 70 384 0 while you are accessing the internet and your e-mails yourself. We will then look for a solution together.
Is the creation of “my Katholikentag” already a registration for Katholikentag?
No. By registering you just get a "My Katholikentag" account, which you can then use, for example, to apply to participate or to buy a ticket to attend.
